After announcing the Samsung Series 5 at the Google I/O, Google unveil the Acer Chromebook; the 2nd Google Chrome OS powered notebook. Just like the Samsung Series 5, the Acer Chromebook will be available in Wifi-only and 3G model. The Acer Chromebook will be available on June 15, 2011 and the Wifi Only model will be $349 a pop and additional cash is needed for the 3G model.

Looking at the specs, it’s virtually the same specs of the Samsung Series 5, except for the HDMI and the slightly larger display of Samsung Series 5.
