Blogger.com updates UI and more!

In preparation for the integration of Blogger.com to the Google+ Project, Google just rolled-out the revamped Blogger.com update that was first announced last March. As always, any update or changes in the Blogger.com platform will first take effect via the Blogger in Draft section.

Most of the changes that were in the UI department, larger buttons and a cleaner color theme, if you’re a long time blogger.com user, you will surely see the difference in the Dashboard, Post editor, Settings and more. Aside from the updates in the UI, there’s also the update at the back-end side, since it will now be using Google Web Toolkit.

A little background:
Blogger a hosted blog service created by Pyra Labs, which was bought by Google in 2003. Blogs created in Blogger.com is using the domain “blogspot.com”. Blogger.com will soon be rename to Google Blogs as part of Google re-branding plan and streamline all none Google brand to the Google+ Service.

Blogger.com is still the largest blogging platform but slowing losing to competition namely WordPress, Tumblr, Twitter and even Facebook. So what do you think about the new Blogger.com?
