Nokia announces Nokia Asha 205 and Asha 206 with a price tag of $62

Say what you want about Nokia’s smartphone strategy, but they’re still the king of feature phone and the Nokia Asha 205 and Nokia 206 will allow them to hold onto that title while they try to find their groove in the more lucrative smartphone space. Both the Nokia Asha 205 and Asha 206 will share a number of feature such as the Nokia’s exclusive Slam feature and the availability of Dual SIM model.

Slam allows consumers to share multimedia content like photos and videos with nearby friends almost instantly. Slam works with most Bluetooth-enabled mobile phones without the need to pair devices, and without the recipient needing to also have Slam and currently not compatible with iOS and Windows Phone devices.
