Disney to acquire Lucasfilm for $4.05 Billion Disney, LucasFilm, Marvel | (2)
After acquiring Pixar for $7.4 billion last 2006, then Marvel for another for $4 billion 3 years ago, it looks like Disney needs another $4.05 Billion (cash and stocks) to acquire Lucasfilm.
