If you just installed the latest update for your Mac OS X, don't be surprise if Oracle's java software is not included in the update, since Apple will no longer include Oracle's Java software with teh said update is downloaded and installed by Mac owners. Apple customers can however download Java from java.com or from Oracle if they want to access web sites and contents written using java language.
