Microsoft’s Outlook.Com now has 25 Million Users and an Android App

In a blog post, David Law -- Director, Product Management, Outlook.com, announced that Outlook.com now has more than 25 million active users where a third of them are Gmail users. The two month old email service was a created to lure Gmail users to switch and to keep unsatisfied Hotmail user from jumping ship, and it looks like Outlook.com's clean UI, better spam filter and easy sharing features paid off, since "4 out of 5 of these Gmail users said they would switch to Outlook.com." after using the service for 5 days.
