Weekly Sponsorship

I was planning to open the blog for sponsorship by the 2nd half of the year but since there are a lot of people and companies wanting to partner or promote their products and services via the website, and that it’s the first day of April or the start of 2nd quarter of the year, so I’m now opening the site for weekly sponsorship.

I previously accept weekly sponsorship before I relaunch the site but it was not that successful hopefully this time it will be. In a nutshell weekly sponsorship are sponsored post usually (150 plus words) article that will be written by me or the sponsor. It may or may not contain an image from the sponsor and its linked back to a url provided by the sponsoring party.

It will be the only sponsored post for the whole week, as you can see I’m not running any ads on the site, so your sponsored article will get maximum exposure.

Sponsorship are published at the end of each week (Friday at 12:00 AM), since this is the time where the site has the most traffic. Then a note with a link will appear on the sidebar for the entire week, thanking the sponsor for their support. I will also share the article to all my social media accounts.

I will publish dedicated page provide more details on how you or your company can run weekly sponsorship on the site but for now, if you have question about weekly sponsorship, you can get in touch with me via the contact page.

Cheers!

Testing ways for people and businesses to engage on Messenger

Eddie Zhang – Facebook Product Manager;

This week we are launching a very small test in Australia and Thailand that gives businesses the opportunity to place ads on the Messenger home screen. This means that a business is able to place an ad in an area of Messenger below your recent conversations, similar to how we surface birthday notifications or where we let you know if a friend is currently active on Messenger. No one will see an ad in a conversation without clicking on an ad experience on the Messenger home screen or starting a conversation with a brand – these test ads won’t originate in your conversations. The test group of people in Thailand and Australia will start to see these ads in the coming weeks.
