  Manuel V. Pangilinan (MVP) and Co. recently launched a new seed fund for technopreneurs in the Philippines that aims to develop groundbreaking ideas and technologies then turn them into actual commercial products. The fund is called IdeaSpace; which is a Silicon-valley like incubator program that will provide support and mentor Filipino Tech entrepreneurs. It's a "multi-million" dollar program that targets Filipino-founded start-ups that focuses on various industries like water and power utilities, toll roads and transportation, healthcare, mining, telecommunications, media and food, though Tech is not included in the list, I'm sure Manuel V.
