After launching the ARM-powered Windows 10 PC, OEM manufacturers immediately announce their respective laptops that’s powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835. Lenovo is also expected to announce their own ARM-powered laptop.

ASUS to terminate their ZenCircle photo sharing app on Oct.16

ASUS announced through the ZenCircle website that the photo-sharing app is closing its doors on October 16, 2017.

We are very thankful for your love and support through the years. Your continuous support and encouragement has shaped ZenCircle into what it is today and formed an amazing community. However, all good things must come to an end: we regret to inform you that ZenCircle will be terminated on October 16, 2017.

ASUS teams up with Fenox VC to launch US$50M fund, aiming for technologically strong startups

Taiwanese computer hardware and mobile phone giant ASUS today announced a partnership with Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm Fenox Venture Capital (Fenox VC) to launch a US$50 million fund for tech companies.

The partnership will serve as a gateway for ASUS to access startups through the VC’s network. In turn, ASUS will collaborate with the startups and provide them with access to the greater Asian and global markets.

The fund will focus on startups in the areas of artificial intelligence (AI), internet-of-things (IoT), big data, cloud, and AR/VR.

ASUS’ Zenfone AR Has 8GB Of RAM And Is Project Tango Enabled

Despite being unintentionally announced a few days before its official reveal, ASUS’ Zenfone AR still took us by surprise. Not because of its project Tango component (we already knew about that) but because of its absolutely mind blowing amount of RAM. Stuffed with 8GB of RAM, it’s currently the only smartphone in the world that has that much RAM inside of it.
